Dark Chocolate Dipped Good Karma Crunch with Sea Salt
One of my favorite things is combining my granola with dark chocolate. I usually use 70% cacao or higher. Dark chocolate is high in antioxidants, so optimize the health benefits!
Line a quarter sheet pan or shallow container of your choice with parchment paper.
Chop up the chocolate into small pieces and either use a double boiler or melt very low and slow in a pot directly on the stove, stirring constantly so that it doesn’t burn.
Then, pull out chunks of my granola out of the bag and begin by dipping one corner or side in the chocolate mixture. Place each piece on the parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt.
When you are done dipping the granola, place the pan in the freezer. After the chocolate has set (approximately ½ hour), store in an airtight container and enjoy as a healthy snack or indulge in a bowl of ice cream and a couple of chocolate dipped granola pieces on the side. The salty and sweet is amazing!
